Can I Exchange My Item?
**Yes, we offer exchanges and they are to be made within 5 business days after the date your package was received. All items must be unworn and in original packaging. Any swimwear, bodysuits or sale items are FINAL sale and cannot be exchanged.
What items cannot be returned?
**Items that have "Final Sale" on the product page along with any swimwear, bodysuits and earrings cannot be returned.
Do You Offer Refunds?
**Sorry we do NOT offer refunds. We offer exchange only. Once a order is placed we work on processing it and unfortunately an order cannot be canceled thereafter.
My Order Was Canceled, Why?
**Billing and shipping addresses must match and if they can't be verified your order will be canceled.
**If for some reason an item sells out much quicker than you can checkout it may become unavailable suddenly. In that case if we cancel your order due to an item being out of stock you will be issued a refund. In the case you have multiple pieces you've ordered we will refund you for the one out of stock and dispatch the rest of your order.
How long does it take to receive my order/package?
**Once we receive an email that your order has been placed processing time takes 48-72 hours. You will receive and email once your order has then been dispatched by USPS containing your tracking number. KLB offers a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. In the US, we have options that range from overnight, 2-day, and standard 5-7 business days. For our local Chicagoland customers, we also offer a same day delivery option at a pick up location (Calumet City).
Do you offer pickup?
**Yes we do offer a local order pickup for all of our customers who wish to do so. Just enter "PICKUP' at checkout under discount code and we'll give you a call when your order is ready along with where it can be picked up from.
What orders qualify for free shipping?
**All domestic US orders totaling $75 and over before taxes and after discounts) qualify for free Standard (5-7 Business Days) Shipping.
Drop Shipping?
Some of our items will be send directly from our vendors. If any issues occur please reach out to us as soon a possible. But the refund/return policy will still be the same.
